A complete program designed for fat loss, strength gain, or body sculpting over 4–6 weeks. Includes regular progress assessments and flexible scheduling.

Couples/Partner Training Package – $110/hr (split between 2)

Weekend Warrior Package – $320 total (4 sessions, $80/hr)

Perfect for busy professionals who can only commit to weekends. Fast, focused, and effective training blocks tailored to your weekly rhythm.

Monthly Unlimited Plan (Small Group Coaching) – $300/month (approx. $20–25/session)

Includes unlimited access to scheduled small group training sessions. Ideal for clients who enjoy community support and consistent accountability.

Support beyond the gym—focused on habit building, food education, and lifestyle change.

Nutrition Fundamentals Session – $70/hr

Learn the basics of calorie balance, macros, and portion control. Great for beginners who want to understand what and why behind what they eat.

Meal Planning & Prep Coaching – $80/hr

Get help building weekly meal plans based on your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. Includes grocery tips, prep routines, and sample menus.

Habit Tracking & Lifestyle Coaching – $65/hr

\Focuses on building consistent, sustainable routines around sleep, stress, hydration, and eating. Great for long-term transformation.

Performance-Based Nutrition Guidance – $90/hr

Designed for athletes, lifters, or active individuals who want to fuel for strength, recovery, and performance.

Mindful Eating & Emotional Wellness Coaching – $85/hr

Helps clients overcome emotional eating patterns and develop a healthier relationship with food through awareness and mindset work.
